The IEEE International Conference on Image Processing (IEEE ICIP) is a flagship conference focused on image, video processing, and computer vision, and its comprehensiveness and professionalism have been highly recognized by image and video experts at home and abroad. Chaired by Professor Kjersti Engan of the University of Stavanger in Norway and Professor Enrico Magli of the Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy (IEEE Fellow), the ICIP Best Paper review panel selected only 3 best papers out of the 883 papers accepted worldwide. Among them, Wan Qin’s paper achieved the third place, and it was the only domestic research team among the three award-winning teams. The award also included a prize of 500 USD, and the results were officially announced at the conference banquet held in Bordeaux, France, on October 18.
